We are building things
that didn't exist before.
Come help us make them beautiful and useful.
Life at Rifoa
Rifoa is a small team doing work that actually matters. We automate the repetitive, expensive, soul draining parts of running a business so that the people inside those businesses can focus on what only humans can do. That is the mission. Every agent we ship, every workflow we replace, every hour we give back to a team somewhere, that is the point.
We care deeply about craft. Not just code that works, but products that feel right. Interfaces that are calm. Systems that are elegant. If you believe that how something is made matters as much as what it does, you will feel at home here.
Craft over speed.
We would rather take an extra day and ship something we are proud of.
Usefulness is beauty.
The best work we do disappears into the background and just makes someone's day easier.
Small team, full trust.
No approvals for your instincts. You own your work.
Build for real people.
Every system we deploy runs inside a real company, used by real people. That weight is always present.
Ownership
We want every person here to feel what a founder feels, that this thing they are building is partly theirs. So revenue sharing is for everyone, not just senior hires. No asterisks, no thresholds. When the company wins, you win directly.
Open Roles
Design
We need someone who thinks in systems and feels in ambience. You will own how Rifoa looks and feels across everything, the product interfaces our clients use, the site, the decks, the documents we hand to a CEO. This is a rare role at a technical company that actually cares about design as a first class discipline, not a finishing step. If you have ever been frustrated that engineering moves fast and design gets bolted on at the end, this is the correction to that.
You are probably someone who has a folder of things you have saved just because they are beautiful.
Product
You will sit between the client's reality and what our engineers build. That means understanding a messy finance workflow in week one and having a clean, elegant spec for it in week two. You care about the user on the other side of the screen, the accounts payable person who processes 200 invoices a month, and you want to make their day measurably better. You will shape what we build, in what order, and why.
Content
Most automation companies explain what they do in the driest way possible. We want the opposite. You will write for the site, for LinkedIn, for case studies, for sales decks, for the moments when a client needs to understand something complex and needs to understand it fast. Good writing at Rifoa means clear thinking made visible. If you have ever rewritten a paragraph six times until it finally clicked, that is the instinct we are looking for.
